Our PJ facility provides end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment, pick & pack, and last-mile delivery services tailored for retail brands, marketplace merchants, and growing online businesses throughout Malaysia.

There is no minimum storage by size. You can start from just 1 CBM (about 12–15 carton boxes), and scale up to 100 CBM or more if you require.

Storage period typically starts from a minimum of 6 months, and you can enjoy 1 month free. This allows sufficient time to get familiar with our pick-pack-deliver features, and implement meaningful internal workflow, to reap the benefits of a Fulfilment Warehouse partner.

Can uParcel handle bulk distribution to retail outlets or supermarkets?

Yes, you can buy in bulk at cheaper price to send directly to our Fulfilment Warehouse.

(a) If you need to break bulk : uParcel is able pack by specific quantities for each outlet, supermarket, distributor, and even individual content creators.

(b) Cross-docking : Straight to outbound without repacking, completed within 4 hours on the same day of inbound.

Each outbound order can handle up to 900kg, with delivery options from as fast as 2-hour, 3-hour, 6-hour same-day delivery, to 3–7 day standard delivery across Malaysia.

uParcel’s fulfillment warehouse is equipped with 24/7 CCTV monitoring with controlled access to keep inventory secure. For sensitive or higher-value items, we also offer a restricted caged storage zone with double-verification access. All picking and packing activities are traceable to assigned personnel, ensuring clear accountability and secure handling throughout the warehousing and fulfilment process.

Yes. If you need more space during peak periods, you can flexibly increase your storage capacity for the peak month with 30 days before, so we can prepare the space for you. After the high volume period, you can scale the storage space back down to your usual level, making it easier to manage seasonal inventory and eCommerce demand.

Linking your Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok Shop, uShop Market, or Shopify stores with uParcel is simple and code-free. It takes about 1 minute to log in with your credentials for each marketplace directly from your Inventory Management System dashboard.

Once connected, your warehouse inventory automatically syncs with your online store and marketplaces, keeping stock levels up to date in real time.
