Our client offers pre-orders before 12pm for next day delivery to customers ordering their cakes and mille crepes online. This allows them to feed the delivery orders to our system in advance to ensure ample time for the jobs to be accepted. Our system then automatically tracks each delivery, each tagged to their own unique tracking code. Then, their customers would be able to track the entire delivery process in real-time from pickup to delivery via an SMS tracking link sent to their phone.
We have put in place a dedicated customer support team and our agents are highly trained to handle fragile deliveries. Our clients can also add additional remarks to inform agents to exercise extra care, especially with delicate items such as cakes. With the help of our agents, each parcel was delivered in perfect condition.

This additional feature is free of charge and allows our clients to upload their Delivery Order (D.O) in pdf during delivery booking. The recipients’ signature will then be signed on this digital D.O when the customer endorses the signature on our agent’s phone screen. This allows for quick and easy storage of order details with the signature acknowledging the receipt.
Facilitating Smooth and Fast E-commerce Deliveries
For our client who has an e-commerce webstore, we also made sure that integral aspects of the logistics and order fulfilment process are fast and easy.
Leveraging API Integration, we helped our client to integrate their e-commerce website with our uParcel delivery platform to automatically feed any delivery order straight into our system. This also contributed towards consumers satisfaction as it significantly reduces order processing time, improving the effectiveness and likelihood of conversions.
Then, we also made it extra easy for them to upload any ad-hoc orders in a few clicks with our bulk excel upload function. Their staff simply needed to fill up the orders in an excel template and upload it onto our system for any on-demand fulfilments.
