Welcome to the first edition of uParcel uPdates!

We just want to uPdate you that we have started a new series for you to discover the many features that uParcel will be delivering in the future. #uParceluPdates will be developed into a one-stop informative tag that you can search or follow to easily find out more about uParcel's services and ventures. 

In order to further organize our content for a seamless browsing, we have sorted the hashtags into #uParcelSGuPdates and #uParcelMYuPdates for our Singapore and Malaysia updates respectively.

No Minimum Amount of Deliveries

We do not charge any extra fees or have any restrictions on booking just one delivery. 

We understand that there can be urgent documents or parcels that you may have to deliver out of the blue, and that is why we provide 2 hours, 3 hours and even specific time slot  delivery options to serve your needs.

Transparent Flat Rates

Never worry about undercharging your customers or incurring any hidden charges when delivering with us! Refer to our rates table at https://www.uparcel.co/rates for express delivery at affordable, flat rates island-wide.

Insured Parcel Delivery

For all customers, we provide basic insurance of up to RM100 for any lost parcels. You may also purchase additional insurance add-ons for your high-value items.
